Workshop 1: 10 Steps to a Happy, Healthy, and Holy Marriage
“Few human joys are as deep and thrilling as those experienced by two people who love one another and have achieved something as the result of a great, shared effort.” Pope Francis, Amoris Laetitia
Strengthen your marriage, strengthen your family. Studies show that marriage has a beneficial impact on the lives of children who grow up in a household with married parents. Learn ways to strengthen and enrich your marriage with Frank Hannigan and Kim Hagerty who will offer an interactive workshop based on their many years of work in the marriage preparation, education, and family ministry field.
Workshop 2 : Passing on the Faith in Today’s Catholic Family
“I thank God that many families, which are far from considering themselves perfect, live in love, fulfill their calling and keep moving forward, even if they fall many times along the way. There is no stereotype of the ideal family, but rather a challenging mosaic made up of many different realities, with all their joys, hopes and problems.” Pope Francis, Amoris Laetitia
 2. What does a Catholic family look like? Frank Hannigan and Kim Hagerty will offer an interactive workshop to help you strengthen your family’s Catholic identity based on their years of work in the family education and ministry field.
Workshop 3: How  Family and Marriage Friendly is Your Parish?
““I sincerely believe that Jesus wants a Church attentive to the goodness which the Holy Spirit sows in the midst of human weakness, a Mother who, while clearly expressing her objective teaching, ‘always does what good she can, even if in the process, her shoes get soiled by the mud of the street’.”
Pope Francis, Amoris Laetitia
Is your parish helping to strengthen marriages and families or making their lives more stressful? Frank Hannigan and Kim Hagerty will lead an interactive workshop with an assessment tool that will help parishes, staff, and volunteers strengthen your ministry with families.
